This year's Autumn Appeal is to

Support our Mentoring Partnership

We are committed to advancing and promoting the use of humane methods for the transport and killing of farmed animals through research and education. One of the ways we work towards this mission is through our Mentoring Partnership, a scheme designed to support the next generation of animal welfare researchers.

Our Mentoring Partnership pairs enthusiastic students with more experienced mentors who guide and support them in the early stages of their research projects. By providing mentorship, we ensure these projects have a solid scientific foundation and the potential to make areal and practical difference.
Your donation will directly contribute to the expansion of our Mentoring Partnership, creating a global network of animal welfare scientists specialism in the welfare of animals during transport, marketing, slaughter and killing for welfare reasons and disease control. Thank you for your support.

If we receive more than the amount required for this appeal, HSA will use the additional funds for other initiatives.
